An AI tutor for certification, career and compliance training
IT and cybersecurity certifications
Certification exams follow a published list of objectives. The tutor works through your material objective by objective, answers the questions learners ask late at night, and builds practice questions from your own content, so learners find their weak areas before exam day.
Healthcare and skilled trades
Programs for medical assistants, pharmacy technicians or HVAC and electrical trainees mix theory with hands-on work. The tutor covers the theory between sessions, and the training log keeps a weekly record of hours and activities.
Compliance and corporate training
Policy and compliance courses are mostly reading. The tutor turns them into a conversation: learners ask how a rule applies to their job, get an answer with the source, and check what they understood with a short assessment.

LearnSlice started in German vocational training, where curricula, exams and training records are defined in detail. The tutor follows your syllabus the same way.

Questions from training providers
Does the tutor make things up?
It answers from the material you upload and cites the source. In exam prep, it can also explain a topic from your syllabus that your documents don’t cover yet. Questions that have nothing to do with your course are declined.
Where is our data stored?
By default on servers in Germany, under the GDPR. Organizations that need it can also run LearnSlice on their own servers. Your content and learner data are not used to train AI models, and we sign a data processing agreement with every customer.
Does it work with our LMS?
Learners can use LearnSlice in the browser without any setup. If you want the tutor inside your existing LMS, we connect it as part of the project. Tell us which system you use.
What does a pilot cost?
The pilot has a fixed price in US dollars. We quote it after a 30-minute call, once we know the size of the course and the number of learners.
How long does setup take?
The tutor for your pilot module is ready in the first week. Your effort is a 60-minute kickoff, the material you already have, and about 30 minutes of feedback a week during the pilot.
What happens to learner data?
Data is kept only as long as it’s needed: account data is deleted no later than 12 months after an account is deactivated, chat histories after 24 months of inactivity, and log data after 90 days at most. Tell us if your program needs shorter periods.
Which courses does it work for?
Any course with written material: IT and cybersecurity certifications, healthcare and skilled-trades programs, professional certifications, and compliance training.
We’re in the US and you’re in Europe. How does that work?
Our team works in Germany and Poland, six hours ahead of US Eastern time. We hold calls between 9 AM and noon Eastern, and support requests are answered within our business day.
