Who owns the solution and the data?
You do. You own the deployment, the content, and the learner data. It stays in the environment you choose and is never used to train AI models.
Which privacy and accessibility rules do you build for?
Every project comes with a data processing agreement. We build for the GDPR and UK GDPR by default, design interfaces to WCAG AA, and add the oversight and documentation the EU AI Act requires if you have learners in the EU. If your programs fall under FERPA, HIPAA or state privacy laws, tell us in the first call: we host in the US or on your own servers, so the data stays where your contracts say.
Can you integrate with our LMS and existing systems?
Yes. We build new platforms or extend existing ones, including Moodle, Open edX and custom LMS, and connect them through SCORM, xAPI, LTI and single sign-on to the tools your teams already use.
How long does a project take?
A first working version usually takes 6 to 8 weeks. Building on our existing learning engine is much faster: a branded financial-literacy companion went from kickoff to a working MVP in two weeks and was live in production within a month.
What does it cost?
As a market reference: a Chapman Alliance survey of 249 organisations put the average cost per finished hour of custom content at about 10,000 dollars for basic, 18,600 for interactive and 50,400 for advanced, simulation-based e-learning; a full custom platform typically runs from the mid five figures into six figures, and a serious game starts at about 15,000 dollars per module. Four levers drive the price: interactivity, integrations with existing systems, AI and personalisation, and scope and ownership rights. Where is everything hosted?
By default in Germany, under the GDPR. UK organisations can use that without extra transfer paperwork, because UK law treats the EEA as adequate. If your data has to stay in the US or the UK, we host it there: on Microsoft Azure in a US or UK region, which we also use for the AI models, or on your own servers.
We are in the US or the UK. How does working together work?
Our team works in Germany and Poland. UK clients share almost the whole working day with us. For the US, we hold calls between 9 AM and noon Eastern, the work moves forward overnight, and you get senior engineers at European rates without US agency overhead. Projects run at a fixed price agreed before we start, or as a dedicated team if you prefer.
