Who owns the solution and the data?
You do. You own the deployment, the content, and the learner data. Data is processed on your infrastructure and is never used to train third-party models.
Is it GDPR and EU AI Act compliant?
Yes. We include a data processing agreement (AVV), and we build in the human oversight, transparency, and documentation that the EU AI Act requires for educational AI. Hosting is in Germany, the EU, or on premise.
